Roman Holiday Highlights
The Roman Cycling Holiday is a chance of a lifetime cycling adventure that discovers the history of Rome, the beauty of Lake Bracciano and the thrill of participating in the Roma XXIVhr event.
- Seven days of riding with daily distances ranging from 15 miles (24 km) to 50 miles (80 km)
- Two Customized Cycling Kits, one to represent Roma XXIVHr and the other as a proud member of Team USA
- Tour of Lake Bracciano, a 20-mile (33 km) loop around the second largest lake in the region
- Discover Tuscia, by gaining a bit of elevation on this day and exploring nearby villages, and the ancient region of Etruria, a pre-Roman historical area
- Ride to Rome reaching the Eternal City by bike, stopping at the Colosseum, Patheon, Spanish Steps and of course Trevi Fountain
- Private Tour of the Vatican, where you will have access to St. Peter’s Basilica and rooms inside the Papal State that only special guests are permitted
- Full Registration and private box at the Roma XXIVhr/12 hour race, at Vallelunga, a Formula 1 racetrack with smooth velvety pavement that winds around for 3 miles (4 km). You can participate as an individual or part of an eight (8) person team. Racing or just riding for the experience are both acceptable options.
- Enjoying the racing experience with Giancarlo Fisichella, former Formula 1 racer and 2006 winner of the Formula One Grand Prix
- Riding alongside multiple former cycling professionals like Andrea Tafi, Mario Cipollini and many others
- Hotel accommodations at Boutique Hotel in Trevignano Romano from Sunday through Friday
- Two nights stay at the Vallelunga Park Hotel , adjacent to the racetrack making it convenient to participate in the Roma XXIVhr events and activities
